GURNER™ and Qualitas have partnered to acquire full ownership of the iconic Jam Factory site

GURNER™ GROUP are excited to share that GURNER™ and Qualitas have partnered to acquire full ownership of the iconic Jam Factory site in South Yarra, setting the stage for a $2.75 billion ultra-luxury mixed-use redevelopment. 

The vision is to create a world-leading mixed-use precinct with around 15,000sqm of commercial office, over 20,000sqm of retail, Village Cinemas, a large wellness precinct, two hotels and ultra luxury residential towers.
