Tim Gurner lists luxe ‘sanctuary in the sky’ apartment in Albert Place Residences development
July 23, 2021
High-profile developer Tim Gurner and his wife, Aimee, are selling their Melbourne apartment, featuring $400,000 worth of marble, extraordinary views, and a $40,000 “singing and dancing” toilet.
The Gurners have $4.4m-$4.8m price hopes for the 1405/7 Bowen Crescent pad they “modelled off Beverly Hills mansions” – which recently became vacant after being rented for $5000 per week, or $260,000 a year.
Mr Gurner said he and his wife decided to “strike while the iron was hot” after their tenant moved out.
