Oxley

A $130 million development comprising 233 apartments and ground floor retail, the apartments completely SOLD OUT within just ten weeks. Oxley is located in one of Melbourne’s most significant Heritage Precincts, in the heart of Collingwood – only 1km Northeast of the Melbourne CBD. Designed by Elenberg Fraser, Oxley helped to redefine Collingwood and when completed it set a new benchmark for what should be expected in such a special location.
