Mighty Apollo Apartments is a boutique collection of homes designed by Chamberlain Javens Architects. A $15 million development completed in late 2011, Mighty Apollo has only 27 apartments with associated full security basement car parking and lift access. The project completely sold prior to construction. Construction was completed two weeks ahead of the Date for Practical Completion and all settlements occurred within 14 days.
